Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Request must be made within 7 days from delivery date
  • Item must be:
    • Unused and in original condition
    • In original packaging
    • Accompanied by proof of purchase

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Assembled or installed furniture
  • Customized or made-to-order items
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
  • Clearance or promotional items

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos or videos as evidence
  • We will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund after assessment

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
  • Refunds will be made via the original payment method
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless due to our error

6. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for:
